Welcome to Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training

Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training is a niche personal training business located in Canberra (Australia), providing both local group classes and online personal training programs to a vast range of clients.

Our goal is to meet you at your current health and fitness starting point, and to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals. We do this by getting a snapshot of your current health and fitness status via our online questionnaires and screening tools, conducting a detailed follow up phone consultation, and then tailoring a training program specifically to suit you. From there, we provide regular individual follow up and monitoring, ongoing support and encouragement, and program updates in line with your health and fitness progression. If you live in the Canberra region we can incorporate into your training program participation in some of our local group classes. However, this is optional and the choice is yours. We will customise your training not just around your current health and fitness status and goals, but also your likes and dislikes in terms of physical activities.

Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training takes a holistic approach to personal fitness training and provides clients with extensive information about a range of health and fitness topics to keep them interested, motivated and on track. This includes links to recent research and relevant resources, access to our monthly newsletter HYPE! and an open invitation to join our growing "Hyperactive" online community.

All Hyperactive Fitness Training coaches have tertiary qualifications, are (very!) mature aged and have 15+ years experience in providing exercise physiology, sport specific and general fitness training services to a range of clients. All Hyperactive Personal Fitness Training coaches are members of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and/or Fitness Australia.
